Established in 2005 Service Alliance is based in East Lancashire and serves clients, ranging from FTSE 100 companies to SME’s, in the North East, North West, Cumbria, Yorkshire and Cheshire.

From office cleaning to complete building maintenance and ground care, we provide outstanding personal service from our dedicated workforce which spans the North West of England, Cumbria, Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire.
Our People
Our people are our most valuable asset and they form a key part of the success of our business. Through their dedication we are able to deliver a high quality service, 7 days a week and around the clock to meet the requirements of our customers.
We directly employ over 150 people so are not reliant on sub-contractors or agency personnel. And our investment in training and continued professional development ensures our people possess the skills to perform their jobs to an exceptional standard. All of our staff are checked to comply with current legalisation on Disclosure and Barring (DBS) for added peace of mind.
We believe in supporting employment in local communities, so the majority of our cleaning and maintenance staff generally reside within the locality of their jobs. We believe this offers many benefits and not only makes their lives easier but also provides a further assurance to our customers that services are less likely to be inhibited, for example in extreme weather conditions.
The locality of our staff also reduces Service Alliance’s impact on the environment by reducing transportation miles and therefore reducing our carbon footprint.
